For the past twenty years, I’ve been on one long speaking tour—visiting hundreds of schools and organizations around the country. Some of the biggest moments in my life were on this circuit—as when I first found out I was pregnant (after a talk at SMU)—and I always gain crucial insights about feminism and real life. So, whether it’s a talk about publishing, a screening of It Was Rape or I Had an Abortion, a Take Back the Night or Pride event, or just a feminist activism 101 workshop, I’m happy to entertain invitations.
